There is a laundry room closet with billfold doors off the breakfast area with a motion sensor light that provides a nice bright light when the doors come open, and a full-sized washer and dryer, and there are cabinets and shelves for more storage in the laundry closet.

The real estate taxes, the water and lawn/shrub care, an entry gate, a management office and maintenance team, and a very active clubhouse located just across the street, with lots of events and parties, and a storage lot for RVs and Boats, are all included in the monthly lot rent of $1069. Guest bedroom: A queen size bed with matching headboard, two nightstands, two large lamps and one small lamp, a gold-colored wall painting, dresser with mirror, and chest of drawers, plus a small desk with chair and copy machine and a decorated floor table. The windows have blackout drapes and a decorative sash.

Front porch: It has a bench seat and pillows, and two small tables, and the front yard has two wicker like patio chairs with two small tables and the red cushions are stored on the porch. The front landscaped area has a statue of Mother Mary, Saint Francis, Quan Yin, and Venus. The electric cord to plug in the Christmas lights which trim the house and porch, is on the front porch and extends to the outside electric outlet.

Patio area: Near the back door is a love seat and chair with cushions and two glass tables and a small corner table and pole lamp with a lavender night light. On the patio is a large round glass like table and lazy susan with two red chairs and five grey stacked patio chairs. There is a brand-new gas grill never used, with new cover and two propane tanks. There is also a large heavy duty work bench with an under shelf to store the recycling bins. The patio refrigerator is not included.

The storage shed: There are two file cabinets with lock and keys, and a variety of tools and decorations and an 8ft. step ladder and a leaf blower and some cutting/trimming tools that are included. Some tools and nails and bolts etc. are not included. The shop vac is not included. The black 4-step stool is not included. The card table and folding table and two dollies are not included. The walker is not included. The suitcases are not included. The duffle bags and contents are not included.

The front yard is beautifully landscaped with multiple and colorful flowers in raised potted beds and a variety of statues and two large shade trees.  Side yard has vegetable growing pots filled with organic miracle grow dirt.

Maralago Cay Community also has an unmanned gate, a management office, 2 pools, tennis courts, a meditation gazebo, and shuffleboard courts.  It also has its own coin operated laundry facility if needed. There is also a FREE large storage lot for keeping items such as tow trailers and boats and campers. The clubhouse has a library, card room, party and entertainment room, poker table, billiard table, ping pong table, and exercise room with equipment.

Two dog pets under 35 lbs are allowed and larger ones if documented as a service dog or emotional support dog.  And lots of kitty cats live here and roam free!

One occupant must be 55+ and the second one at least 40+.  Family and children and friends can visit up to 30 days. Application and approval must be done initially online in order to buy. Then this approval and the contract to purchase must be presented to the Management office where the buyer will sign a lot rent agreement and a prospectus. Final approval to occupy the property is given once the buyer has registered the two part home with the Motor Vehicle department and paid the 7.5% sales tax to receive the two Titles in their name, and the registration certificates must then be presented to the Management office in order to get permission to occupy the property.  This registration must happen after the closing on the next business day. House is rentable up to six months only.
